hormones

Trying to find a balance between nursing hormones and birth control hormones is the pits. Honestly, I feel a little crazy lately and need to start seeing some reconciliation between the two things that I refuse to give up any time soon.

    Hated the pill even before I had kids. I gave those up like 6 years ago. Nothing messes with your head like those things do. I'm sure the nursing hormones combination is tough.
