Driving Miss Mya

Do you remember the first time you wanted to drive? Were you four, fourteen, sixteen? What is this fascination with driving? As a child, I thought you had made it in life when you could drive. As an adult, I think there was wisdom in walking on two feet. Few people walk to the grocery stores or really anywhere these days. We do it whenever we can but for the most part we have to take the car to lug away our items. Mya loves cars. She loves the wheel in the front seat. She could sit there for hours if I let her. The fascination begins young I guess. I am not a huge fan of driving. There are very few times when I would choose to drive. Of course, I drive to work and necessary destinations, but I always opt out of driving on long drives. I took these pictures of Mya this morning. I thought she looked so cute in her diaper. I was trying to clean the car and kept her busy by putting her in the front seat.
