to my two sweet girls who are about to have their worlds rocked,

to quote one of our favorite bedtime books, "i'll love you forever/ i'll like you for always/ as long as i'm living/ my bab[ies] you'll be." i probably sing this small ballad to you ten times a day. i made up my own tune, and well...we love it. you two have made my life richer than i could've ever dreamed. who needs money when i've got you? your smiles, sass and style make me love motherhood. it has been an honor serving you two.

soon we will be a family of five. the idea still scares me too. but it will be great, and we will adjust. i promise. please be patient with me.
