We taught Mya to ride a two-wheel bike on Saturday. Without even thinking things through, we took her to a park with a large grassy area where she felt so much more comfortable attempting the new skill. She wouldn't try it on the concrete for fear of falling so we started her on the grass. She learned in less than five minutes. Once she was brave enough, I pushed her to ride toward the sidewalk, and although she was nervous and wobbly, she did it. Tim and I were so proud of her. Seriously, we couldn't stop grinning. I love this girl.
