That is a Timmy face. He dislikes looking at the camera when asked so when he does, he generally looks pained or like a total cheeser. He kills me, and I love this picture.
Tonight as I was washing the dishes after dinner, which most of the kids gagged through by the way (don't worry...it's a nightly occurrence), I looked out my window and saw him running around outside with the dogs, stealing their balls and nearly pulling their tails. He has so much energy, and I'm just so glad he can burn a little of it each day with the dogs.
On another note, he insisted on tagging along with me to Birdie's dance class, which is generally when I run, so I agreed and took him with me. I never get alone time with him anymore because of school, so together we walked across the street, crunching yellow and red leaves as we went, and we got some ice cream. Timmy only likes ice cream if it comes in a cone. If you give him ice cream in a cup, he just pushes it away. If you give him the same ice cream in a cardboard cone, he'll gobble it down and ask for more. As he ate his ice cream, he and I talked about his favorite superheroes and we looked for all the letters he recognized throughout the store.
Everyday he tells me at least twenty times, "Mama, I wuv you." I don't know that I've had another kid love me as much as he does, but I kind of need it, so I allow his incessant hugs and slobbery kisses.
