...there will be flowers

In my heaven, there will be lots of flowers. I love flowers more than I love chocolate and shoes. I know some people think flowers are a waste of money because they eventually die and need to be thrown away, but not me. I smell them multiple times a day. I look at them as I do the dishes or as I paint with Mya. Sometimes, I get lost in their beauty. Each flower is so different, so unique.

Again, I want to thank everyone who has been so kind to me. I am always amazed by the way people show their love to me. People who barely know me here have made meals, picked up my kids to watch them for a couple of hours, helped me pick up my house (which was a complete disaster I might add), and dropped off flowers and notes all week. Friends and family have sent flowers, emails, texts with little notes to show us their love. Nothing, and I mean nothing, has gone unnoticed or unappreciated. We are so grateful. We are now trying to pick up and move on with life.

I have been struck with a wave of emotions caused by pregnancy/post-pregnancy hormones and pain medication. I really feel okay most of the time, but there have been times where I just cry. It's a little strange for me, but I know it will pass. Thanks again for everything. I think this may be the last time I mention anything else about the miscarriage unless I have a severe relapse when the hormones come down and reality sinks in, but you will have to bear with me. I am sure you will; you have been patient thus far.
